Each January, the annual Free-mo layout at the Springfield train show continues to be one of the country’s largest Free-mo layouts assembled. It includes modules from Canada, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine. Each show ifeatures changes from year to year so it is always a different experience to view, operate and participate! The layout features multiple yards, a mainline and branch lines, 2 or more return loops and dozens of industries to support operating sessions. This is a great event!
